TROVET Unique Protein (Rabbit) | UPR — Elimination diets for catsUnique Protein (Rabbit) is a specialized dietary solution designed for cats with food allergies or intolerances. This product simplifies the preparation of elimination diets by providing a convenient and reliable source of rabbit protein. It eliminates the challenges of sourcing specific animal proteins and the time-consuming process of self-preparing meals. Additionally, it avoids unpleasant odors during preparation.
To create an elimination diet, simply combine a carbohydrate source, such as white rice or potato, with Unique Protein. For cats, however, it is recommended to use Unique Protein (Rabbit) without a carbohydrate source for an optimal protein-to-energy ratio. Adding carbohydrates to the recommended amount may lead to excessive energy intake.

Application Advice
It is recommended to consult your veterinarian before introducing Unique Protein (Rabbit) into your cat's diet.

• Recommended period of use: 4 weeks.
• If intolerance symptoms disappear, TROVET Balance (vitamin and mineral mix) should be added daily.
• In the absence of intolerance symptoms, Unique Protein (Rabbit) can be used for life in combination with TROVET Balance.
• Critically ill animals, growing animals, pregnant, and lactating animals require the addition of TROVET Balance from the initial use of Unique Protein.
