The Zauber reels are well known for their durability with full metal body construction. The reel body, rotor, spool, bail and seat are made of refined Japanese aluminium. The use of an worm-drive spool oscillation system allows for obtaining a perfectly even and close line winding. The resulted cross-winding allows making considerably longer casts compared to a typical shaft system.
